If you’ve reached this page expecting a refund policy for a paid purchase, please contact us directly — it’s likely something has gone wrong, since nothing should currently be charging you.
Home Hunter Malaysia is not a party to any property transaction
Home Hunter Malaysia is an advertising and discovery platform for international property buyers. We are not a licensed real estate agency and do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Listings are provided by third-party agents and developers who are responsible for their accuracy and compliance with applicable law. Any deposit, fee, or payment relating to a property itself is a matter between you and the listing agent — never Home Hunter Malaysia — and this policy has no bearing on that relationship.
When we introduce paid tiers
This section will be updated before any paid product goes live. As Home Hunter Malaysia introduces paid subscription or Featured-placement tiers for agents, we will publish specific refund, cancellation, and billing-dispute terms here — covering things like cancellation notice periods, proration, and what happens if a payment fails — before those tiers are available for purchase. Existing and prospective agents will be notified directly when this happens, not just via a silent page update.
